Bomb threat pushes back commencement, game
RENO, Nev. -- A bomb threat made in the early morning in Reno, Nev. delayed the University of Nevada's women's basketball game against UNLV and caused the school's morning commencement ceremonies to be pushed back to 2 p.m.
Staff at the Lawlor Events Center were unable to put in place the basketball court until 7 p.m. because of the delayed graduation ceremony. Team warm-ups will take place once the court is set up, and the game will begin after another half-hour, barring further delays.
No other changes have been planned for the regular sequence of the game.
