Phoenix sweep league's top honors

INDIANAPOLIS -- UW-Green Bay's Kevin Borseth and senior Tiffany Mor were named the Horizon League coach and player of the year winners, respectively, by the conference on Monday.

Five seniors earned All-Horizon League First- and Second-Team honors, and all nine teams were represented on the all-league squads, which are selected by the league's head coaches, sports information directors and media representatives.

Borseth was named the Horizon League Coach of the Year for the sixth time in his seven seasons at UW-Green Bay and for the fourth consecutive year. This season, Borseth led the Phoenix to a seventh straight Horizon League regular-season title. UWGB finished the regular-season with an overall record of 24-3 and a league mark of 15-1. Borseth has guided the Phoenix to six straight 20-win seasons.

Mor, a forward, also earned a spot on the All-League First-Team honors. She leads the league in scoring (16.1 ppg) and blocks (2.3 bpg). Mor ranks in the top 30 in the nation in blocks per game and in the top 10 in the nation for field-goal percentage at 62.2 percent.
