UConn still unanimous No. 1 in coaches' poll; Lady Vols, UNC follow
Connecticut continued its dominance of the ESPN/USA Today women's basketball coaches poll, as the Huskies were voted a unanimous No. 1 for the sixth straight week.

The poll, released Tuesday, again had UConn (21-0) with all 31 first-place votes from the panel of Division I women's college coaches. No. 2 Tennessee (20-1) and No. 3 North Carolina (20-2) held their places from last week, as the Lady Vols held the No. 2 spot for the fifth straight week.
With No. 7 Rutgers dropping out of the top 5, Maryland and Baylor both moved up one spot to No. 4 and No. 5, respectively. Rutgers split its games last week, losing to No. 11 West Virginia and beating No. 15 Pittsburgh.
Rounding out the top 10 were No. 6 Stanford, No. 8 LSU, No. 9 California and No. 10 Oklahoma.
Former No. 25 Texas dropped out of the poll, while Utah entered at No. 23.
