Three-team playoff to determine Ivy's automatic bid

Harvard's loss and wins by Cornell and Dartmouth on Saturday paved the way for a three-way tie atop the Ivy League standings.As a result, Cornell, Harvard and Dartmouth will compete in a series of one-game playoffs this Friday and Sunday at Columbia's Levien Gym to determine who will earn the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament. The league has yet to release the playoff schedule. All three teams finished league play with 11-3 records. Cornell (19-8) beat Princeton 76-59 to earn a share of its first Ivy League title. Dartmouth (14-14), which won a share of its 16th title, downed Brown 51-48. Harvard (18-10) lost to Yale 64-58.
