AUBURN, Ala. (AP) -- Louise Emeagi scored 18 points and Natasha
Brackett added 17, leading Auburn to a 87-44 rout of Grambling
State on Thursday night.
Emeagi was 7-of-10 from the field and hit two 3-pointers for
Auburn, which hit 7-of-19 from 3-point range as a team. Brackett
was perfect in six free throw attempts. Sparkle Davis added 14
points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (4-2), who dominated the
boards 64-35.
Juleen Smith led Grambling State (2-2) with 19 points. Lacey
Cormier added 10 points and a game-high 11 rebounds.
Auburn led 42-20 at halftime, and held Grambling State to 32
percent shooting in the second half.
