Charlotte held to 25 percent 2nd-half shooting

CHICAGO (AP) -- Khara Smith had 31 points and 14 rebounds to lead
DePaul (No. 21 ESPN/USA Today; No. 22 AP) to a 103-64 win over Charlotte on Sunday.

Smith shot 13-for-19 from the field for the Blue Demons (13-3,
2-1 Conference USA), who led by 13 at halftime. Jenna Rubino
finished with 24 points and five rebounds, and Allie Quigley added
12 points and three assists.

Sakellie Daniels had 12 points, three assists and three rebounds
for the 49ers (15-3, 3-1). Pam Brown scored 11 points, and Monica
League added 10 for Charlotte, which was outrebounded 52-25. and
shot just 25 percent in the second half.
