    Mosby becomes 18th Gator to score 1,000

    ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Tasha Humphrey scored 21 points and Georgia (No. 20 ESPN/USA Today, No. 19 AP) rallied from an early 10-point deficit to beat Florida 81-61 on Thursday night.

    Sherill Baker added 18 points for Georgia (16-5, 4-2 SEC), which earned its third straight SEC win.

    Bernice Mosby led the Gators with 25 points and Tamia Williams had 14 on 5-of-15 shooting. Mosby scored her 1,000th point, the 18th Florida player to reach the milestone. She finished with 1,016.

    Mosby and Tashia Morehead scored 11 of the first 15 points for the Gators (12-7, 3-3), who took a 15-5 lead in the opening five minutes. But the Lady Bulldogs scored 10 straight points to tie the game on Megan Darrah's 3-pointer with 10:28 left in the half.

    Georgia went ahead 29-24 on two free throws by Humphrey and led 31-29 at halftime.

    After Florida's basket to open the second half, Georgia took control with an 18-8 run. Humphrey had nine rebounds, just missing a double-double. She also had four assists.
