SEATTLE (AP) -- Cameo Hicks scored 14 points as Washington defeated Oregon 81-57 Saturday afternoon.

The Huskies' 12-0 run to start the second half blew the game wide open as Washington (11-14, 7-8) avenged an earlier loss this season in Eugene, Ore.

The Ducks (16-7, 9-5) struggled throughout the game as Washington converted 24 offensive rebounds into 25 second-chance points. The Huskies also scored 20 points from 20 Oregon turnovers.

Dominique Banks scored 13 points for the Huskies, winners of five of the last six against Oregon.

Kristen Forristall scored a game-high 19 points for the Ducks, who snapped a four-game winning streak. Brandi Davis had just seven points, on 3-of-14 shooting.

The Huskies, who were dismal in shooting for mos of the season, have now reached at least 80 points a game in four of their last five.

Washington led at halftime, 41-34, behind nine points from Banks. The Huskies built their lead by coverting free throws, 10 straight to start the game, while Oregon was just 7-of-13 from the line in the first half.

Washington's leading scorer, Kayla Burt, left the game at just past the midway point following an elbow from the Ducks' Andrea Bills. She has a broken nose and did not return to the game, said Erin Rowley, Huskies spokeswoman.

Oregon's leading rebounder and scorer, Cathrine Kraayeveld, missed the entire game because she had a viral infection in her left elbow, Rowley said.
