Phoenix face Flames in semifinals

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin (Ticker) -- Nicole Soulis scored 23 points
and Tiffany Mor added 18 as Wisconsin-Green Bay (No. 25 ESPN/USA Today, Not ranked AP) posted a
96-66 victory against Cleveland State in the quarterfinal round of
the Horizon League Tournament.

Leading, 42-32, at the break, the top-seeded Phoenix (25-3) blew
open the contest in the second half by shooting 63 percent
(20-of-32) with a season-high 10 3-pointers. They finished the
game 44 percent (16-of-36) from the arc.

Soulis sank both of her attempts from the arc and Natalie
Berglin and Tricia Grassell made four 3-pointers apiece.
Berglin finished with 14 points and Grassell chipped in 12 for
Wisconsin-Green Bay, which had five players in double figures.

Erin Martin scored 18 points and Brittany Korth added 15 for the
ninth-seeded Vikings (4-25), who upset No. 8 seed Loyola of
Chicago in the first round Tuesday.

Wisconsin-Green Bay next will face fourth-seeded
Illinois-Chicago in the semifinals on Sunday. The Phoenix beat
the Flames twice during the regular season by a combined 65
points.
