Washington effort leads Lady Razorbacks past Memphis

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -- Dominique Washington and Rochelle
Vaughn both scored more than 20 points each for Arkansas as the
Lady Razorbacks topped Memphis 99-53 Monday night.

Washington led all scorers with 25 points, while Vaughn -- who
hit 3-of-6 long-range shots -- contributed 22 points for Arkansas

The Lady Tigers (0-2) trailed 52-29 at the half despite hitting
52 percent of their field-goal attempts. That dropped drastically
to 17 percent after intermission.

Tamika Butler was the lone Memphis player scoring in
double-digits, with 19 points.
