    (17) DEPAUL 76, WISCONSIN 57

HONOLULU (AP) -- Khara Smith had 24 points and 10 rebounds to help DePaul beat Wisconsin 76-57 in the championship game of the Rainbow Wahine Classic on Sunday night.

The 17th-ranked Blue Demons (5-0) used a 15-2 run to extend a three-point halftime lead and put the game out of reach.

Danielle Ward's basket ended Wisconsin's four-minute scoring drought with 13:20 remaining but the Badgers failed to shrink the margin against DePaul to less than 13 points the rest of the game.

Smith shot 11 of 16 from the field and earned tournament MVP honors. She also posted double-doubles in wins over Eastern Michigan and Texas A&M in the tournament.

Jenna Rubino scored 17 points, including five 3-pointers for DePaul. Allie Quigley added 14 points.

Janese Banks had 17 points and eight rebounds and Jolene Anderson added 12 points for Wisconsin.

The Badgers (4-1) were 17 of 20 from the free throw line.
