Montana 72, Gonzaga 60

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) -- Sophomore Dana Conway scored 17 points and
freshman Mandy Morales added 15 to lead Montana to a 72-60 win over
Gonzaga on Sunday.

The Griz (7-2), who have now won four in a row, shot 81 percent
from the free throw line and made 7-of-14 three-pointers. Gonzaga
(3-8) was held to 39 percent shooting overall.

The two teams switched leads several times during the first
half, but Montana prevailed 32-25 at the half and took control in
the second, leading by as many as 17 points.

Morales also added a team-high four assists, while Johanna
Closson pulled down six rebounds. Sara Gale added 10 points and
five rebounds.

Anne Bailey led Gonzaga with 16 points and six rebounds,
followed by Katy Ridenour and Ashley Anderson with 15 points.
Ridenour also had a team-high three assists.

The Lady Griz return to action Tuesday night against Idaho.
