TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Joy Hollingsworth scored 22 points, making
two 3-pointers in overtime, and Arizona snapped a five-game losing
streak with an 81-72 victory over Oregon on Saturday.
Hollingsworth's second long shot sent the Wildcats (6-11, 2-5
Pac-10) to a 72-70 lead with 1:56 remaining after Oregon had taken
the lead on a 3-pointer by Brandi Davis.Che Oh made a free throw, and Whitney Fields banked in a
14-footer for a 75-70 lead with 59 seconds to play.Oh had a career-high 20 points, Natalie Jones scored 16 and
Fields 12.Chelsea Wagner and Eleanor Haring each scored 15 points, and
Davis had 14 for the Ducks (10-6, 1-5), who dropped their fifth
game in seven.Oregon overcame a nine-point deficit with 4:45 left in
regulation to send the game into overtime.Wagner's 3-pointer tied it at 62 with 55 seconds remaining, and
Haring tied it at 64 with 20 seconds left.
