MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) -- Twiggy McIntyre scored 22 points to lead
Kansas State to an 85-66 win over Colorado Saturday night.
Kansas State (12-1, 2-2 Big 12) outscored Colorado 36-6 in the
final 10 minutes of the first half.
Trailing 22-21 after Colorado's Yari Escalera made a 3-point
shot, Kansas State scored the next 17 points.
Jessica McFarland and Claire Coggins each scored 10 points for
the Wildcats and Shalee Lehning finished with 10 assists.
Jasmina Ilic led Colorado (6-10, 1-3) with 14 points, Hannah
Skildum had 12, Jackie McFarland had 11 points and 10 rebounds and
Caley Dow added 11 points.
The Wildcats have beaten Colorado seven straight times, and the
Buffaloes have lost 10 straight conference road games.
Jasmina Ilic led the way for Colorado with 14 points on 6-of-13
shooting from the field.
