USC 73, UCLA 70

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Camille LeNoir scored 22 of her career-high
27 points in the second half and Eshaya Murphy had 20 points and 12
rebounds as USC beat UCLA 73-70 Saturday.

LeNoir made 12 of 14 free throws, 11 of 12 in the second half to
give USC (13-5, 7-3 Pac-10) its fifth straight win.

Murphy, who has scored in double figures for 12 straight games,
went 8-for-12 from the field and 4-of-7 from 3-point range.

The Trojans led by as many as 16 in the second half but the
Bruins closed to within two in the final minute. LeNoir made one of
two free throws with five seconds to play to seal the win for USC.

Noelle Quinn had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead UCLA (10-8,
5-4), and Nikki Blue had 19 points and five assists.

Lindsey Pluimer added 11 points for USC.
