EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- Shavonte Zellous made a 3-pointer with 1.8 seconds left to send Pittsburgh to a 71-70 victory against Boise State in the championship game of the Oregon Thanksgiving Tournament at McArthur Court on Saturday.

Zellous finished with 31 points and scored the final nine of the game for the Panthers, including a 3-pointer to tie it 68-68 with 53 seconds left.

Tasha Harris put the Broncos back up, 70-68, with a pair of free throws, but on Pittsburgh's final possession, Jania Simms found Zellous open on the 3-point line, and the guard drained the game winner.

Zellous was 12-for-23 from the field in the game and made all three of her 3-point tries.

Xenia Stewart added 14 points for the Panthers, who rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to improve to 6-0, matching the best start in school history.

Michelle Hessing led Boise State with 22 points, including 10 in the first half which helped the Broncos jump out to a 22-7 lead by the 12:05 mark, and 38-27 by the break.

But the Panthers came back in the second half and Zellous capped a 9-0 Panthers' run with a jumper at the 11:41 mark to put them up 45-44. Six lead changes and five ties followed.

Harris added 16 points for the Broncos, while Jessica Thompson scored 10.
