Lady Bears outscore Bearkats for win, extend streak

WACO, Texas (AP) -- Danielle Wilson came off the bench to score
22 points in (No. 13 ESPN/USA Today, No. 12 AP) Baylor's 117-50 rout of Sam Houston State on Monday night.

Jessica Morrow added 15 points for the Lady Bears (9-1), Bernice
Mosby and Angela Tisdale had 13 apiece and Jhasmin Player chipped
in 11.

Baylor hit its first seven shots and raced out to a 30-2 lead
over the Bearkats (3-4). The Lady Bears hit their first five
3-point attempts with Tisdale making three and Morrow two.

Baylor kept up the pressure and extended its lead to 59-26 at
the half. Wilson had 14 points and Morrow 13 in the first half.

The Lady Bears outscored the Bearkats 14-2 to open the second
half, increasing their lead to 73-28 and coasting to their sixth
straight win.

Bo Warm scored 11 to pace Sam Houston, which struggled from the
field, hitting only one of its first 17 shots.
