High-scoring duo helps Bowling Green roll over Bonnies

OLEAN, N.Y. (Ticker) -- Carin Horne and Ali Mann made Curt Miller very happy.

Horne and Mann scored 19 points apiece for Bowling Green (No. 22 ESPN/USA Today) en route to a 71-46 triumph over St. Bonaventure.

A two-time Mid American Conference Coach of the Year, Miller captured his 100th career win. He helped guide the Falcons to a 16-0 league record a season ago.

Bowling Green (7-1) never trailed and created a 36-18 halftime lead as it shot 48 percent (15-of-31) from the floor. St. Bonaventure shot just 7-of-24 through the opening 20 minutes.

The Falcons scored 34 points off 26 turnovers and held a 34-14 advantage in points in the paint.

Dana Mitchell scored 11 points for the Bonnies (4-4), who shot 33 percent (16-of-48) overall.
