LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Yuliya Tokova had 13 points to lead three teammates in double figures in Louisville's (No. 14 ESPN/USA Today; No. 15 AP) 77-42 win Sunday against Sacramento State.
The Cardinals (15-0), who came into the game as one of five remaining unbeatens in Division I, started slow but eventually outscored the Big Sky Conference's Hornets 41-19 in the second half and outrebounding them 58-31 overall.Chauntise Wright added 11 points and Jazz Covington had 10 points and 13 rebounds for Louisville. Freshman reserve Brandi Radde added 10 points, helping the Cardinals' bench outscore Sacramento State's 38-9.Kim Sheehy led the Hornets (2-11) with 17 points.The Cardinals led 36-23 at halftime behind Covington's eight points and 10 rebounds as Louisville outscored Sacramento State 26-4 in the paint in the first half and outrebounded the Hornets 29-15.In the second half, Tokova scored six points during an early 11-0 run as Louisville increased its lead to 48-28.Angel McCoughtry, the Big East's leading scorer at 22.7 per game and top rebounder at 11.1, scored eight points and had eight rebounds in 24 minutes.
