TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Shantia Grace scored 20 points and Jessica Dickson added 15 to lead South Florida to a 74-58 victory over No. 15 Louisville on Tuesday night.
Nalini Miller had 12 points and 16 rebounds, and ChiChi Okpaleke scored 10 to help South Florida (14-4, 4-1 Big East) topple a ranked opponent for the first time in four opportunities this season. It was just the Bulls third victory in 20 tries all-time against Top 25 teams.
Angel McCoughtry, who leads the conference in scoring and rebounding, finished with 21 points and 11 boards for Louisville (17-2, 3-2).
The Cardinals, who hadn't played since Jan. 9, struggled offensively in the first half. They trailed 35-22 at the break after committing 12 turnovers.
Louisville scored the first six points of the second half to cut the deficit to seven, but South Florida slowly drew away, taking its biggest lead at 64-46 on a three-point play by Grace with 4:42 remaining.
