Texas A&M extends home win streak to 20 games 

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) -- Takia Starks scored 23 points and Texas A&M (No. 12 ESPN/USA Today, No. 13 AP) beat Michigan 69-41 on Thursday night.

Danielle Gant added 12 points for the Aggies (5-1), who extended their home winning streak to 20 games dating to the 2005-06 season.

Janelle Cooper and Ta'Shia Walker led Michigan (4-2) with nine points each. The Wolverines had just five total assists, as many as Texas A&M's A'Quonesia Franklin.

The Aggies scored 38 points off 33 turnovers by Michigan, and held the Wolverines to just 33 percent shooting in the second half. This was the first meeting between the schools.

Franklin also scored 11 points, which included three 3-pointers. Starks scored in double figures for the 12th consecutive game.
