CHICAGO (AP) -- Deirdre Naughton scored a game-high 20 points to help DePaul (No. 21 ESPN/USA Today, No. 17 AP) beat Missouri State 80-48 on Sunday.
Allie Quigley added 11 points for the Blue Demons (6-0). Missy Mitidiero and Taylor Pikes each had 9.DePaul never trailed and went into halftime with a 30-22 advantage. The Blue Demons went on a 19-0 run early in the second half to take a commanding 49-24 lead.The Blue Demons scored 31 points off turnovers compared to Missouri State's seven points.The Lady Bears (0-6) shot poorly throughout, including 0-for-13 from 3-point range in the first half. Missouri State lost its school-record 10th straight game.Maggie Dwyer, who had 15 points, was the only Lady Bears player to score in double-digits. Marisha Brown had a game-high 16 rebounds.
