No. 11 Old Dominion has little trouble collecting 19th straight win

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) -- Tiffany Green scored 19 points and No. 11 Old Dominion won for the 19th straight game, routing George Mason 82-44 Thursday night.

The Monarchs (25-3, 16-0 Colonial Athletic Association) led 38-23 coming out of intermission, and a pair of 3-pointers by T.J. Jordan and Jasmine Parker set the pace for the second half.

Parker and Jessica Canady each added 10 points in the second half and George Mason (9-18, 3-13) didn't recover. The Monarchs led by as many as 41 points with 3:18 on the clock.

George Mason struggled through the first half, falling behind before Lateisha Wade scored the first jumper to put the Patriots on the board. Canady made a layup to bring the score to 17-6 and the Monarchs maintained a double-digit lead.

Wade had 17 for George Mason.

Canady scored 17, Shahida Williams had 13 and Parker had 11 for Old Dominion.
