FRESNO, Calif. -- Hayley Munro scored 23 points and made the go-ahead three-point play with 21 seconds left, and Fresno State rallied from 17 points down in the closing minutes to stun TCU (not ranked ESPN/USA Today, No. 22 AP) 75-71 on Thursday night.

Jaleesa Ross scored just six points, but her 3-pointer with 1:25 to play put the Bulldogs (5-1) up 70-69 and capped a run of 17 consecutive points by Fresno State, which trailed 67-50 with 7:47 left.

After Helena Sverfisdottir hit a jumper for TCU, Munro put the Bulldogs back ahead on a layup while getting fouled, giving her six points in the final 3:23.

Sverrisdottir scored 20 points, but missed a potential tying jumper with 10 seconds left. Chantelle John added 16 for the Lady Frogs (6-2), who have lost two of three after beginning the season with five straight wins, including an upset of then-No. 3 Maryland.

Johteena Filipe added 14 points for Fresno State, including two free throws with 3 seconds to play.
