DULUTH, Ga. -- Porsha Phillips scored 15 points and Georgia dominated the second half in a 67-50 victory over Clemson on Monday night.
Christy Marshall added 13, Angela Puleo scored 12 and Ashley Houts had 11 points for the Bulldogs (9-2) in the Gwinnett Center.
Clemson (8-3), which had a six-game winning streak snapped, was led by Lele Hardy with 20 points.
The Tigers led by 12 points twice in the first half, holding Georgia without a field goal for nearly six minutes in one stretch. But Bulldogs went on an 8-0 run to cut the Tigers' lead to 32-28 at halftime, before taking charge in the second half.
