CHICAGO -- Deirdre Naughton scored 17 points and No. 25 DePaul beat Seton Hall 80-39 Wednesday night.
Naughton added four assists and three steals as the Blue Demons (19-6, 7-4 Big East) jumped out to a big lead and never looked back.
Freshman Keisha Hampton and Natasha Williams both scored 10 points as DePaul shot 50.7 percent (34 of 67) and won for the seventh time in nine games.
Noteisha Womack, Ebonie Williams and Kandice Green each scored eight for Seton Hall (15-9, 3-8), which has lost six of eight. The Pirates committed 28 turnovers and shot 32.7 percent (17 of 52) from the field.
DePaul led 41-16 at halftime, then opened the second half with six straight points to take a 31-point lead. Hampton's jumper with 6:31 remaining gave the Blue Demons their biggest lead of the game, 72-30.
DePaul forced 12 turnovers and hit 12-of-18 shots in the first 9 minutes to take a 26-6 lead.
