STILLWATER, Okla. -- Andrea Riley scored Oklahoma State's final 17 points in regulation and Megan Byford's free throw in overtime helped the Cowgirls (No. 21 ESPN/USA Today, No. 21 AP) beat Texas (No. 16 ESPN/USA Today, No. 14 AP) 73-72 on Wednesday night.
Riley finished with 33 points but struggled from the field in the first half and through the first 14 minutes of the second half before a late surge helped stop Oklahoma State's five-game losing streak.
