GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Celeste Hoewisch scored 16 points to lead Wisconsin-Green Bay (No. 17 ESPN/USA Today, No. 23 AP) over Southeast Missouri 74-40 on Friday night.

Green Bay (9-0) turned a relatively close game into a blowout with a 19-2 run to start the second half. The Phoenix have won 17 straight games and 26 in a row at home, one shy of the school record.

Reserve Bailie Roberts scored 11 points for Southeast Missouri (4-5).

The Phoenix got off to a bit of a slow start, hitting just 3 of their first 12 shots and shooting 37 percent in the first half, but the Redhawks struggled even more.

Green Bay forced 15 first-half turnovers and opened a 35-22 halftime lead. The Phoenix went 13 of 17 from the free throw line in the first half alone, while the Redhawks didn't make it to the stripe until after the break.
