CHICAGO -- Anna Martin scored a game-high 27 points and No. 22 DePaul held off a late rally by Loyola of Chicago in a 70-65 victory Saturday night.
Jasmine Penny scored seven of her 16 points during a 13-2 run in the second half to help the short-handed Blue Demons (6-1) break open a tight game. Katherine Harry added nine points and 15 rebounds.
Patrice King had 26 points and Troy Hambric added 16 for Ramblers (4-3), who have dropped three of their last four. Loyola cut a 15-point deficit to five but got no closer in the final minutes.
Martin has scored in double digits in all seven straight games and has 20 or more in her last four.
DePaul forward Keisha Hampton, a preseason first team Big East pick, missed practice all week with an unspecified injury and scored just four points in 15 minutes.
