All told, 4.5 percent of the brackets selected Stanford to win the NCAA championship, while 31.19 percent tabbed Tennessee to capture its second consecutive title. No. 1 overall seed UConn, which Stanford beat in the semifinals, led the way with 31.65 percent. Overall, 6.3 percent of all brackets had Stanford and Tennessee meeting in Tuesday's final. The defending national champions enter the NCAA tournament with a 30-2 record and 47 wins in their last 50 starts, including a 59-46 win against Rutgers last April that gave Pat Summitt her seventh national championship.
