New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter is selling his penthouse apartment in Trump World Tower, according to the New York Post.

Jeter put his 5,425-square-foot Midtown property on the market Wednesday, the Post reported, with an asking price of $20 million listed on the Trump Sales and Leasing's website. He bought the apartment from Donald Trump for $12.6 million in October 2001.

The Yankees captain is building a 30,000-plus square-foot waterfront mansion in Tampa, Fla. Although Jeter is in the last year of his contract, he's expected to re-sign with the Yankees during the offseason.
