All the tiptoeing over an easy DL decision proves Derek Jeter still has a psychic hold on the Yankees, writes Johnette Howard.
On Tuesday, Derek Jeter became another major player on New York's roster put on the disabled list. The total amount of money for these eight notable Yankees is more than the 2011 total payroll for the Kansas City Royals and is about $1.5 million less than the Tampa Bay Rays' roster.
