Meet 'The Pretty Good Sports Show'

"The Pretty Good Sports Show" is an original online series that will appear each Wednesday at noon on ESPNNewYork.com. Hosts Matt Fisher and Adam Lustick will report the latest on the Mets, Yankees and all things New York sports and culture. Each episode will recap the week in local sports, followed by a sketch segment with the hosts. Here are the casts and credits for the show:

Matt Fisher (Actor/Writer) is a member of the comedy groups Sidecar and The Law Firm. He began performing at age 14 and subsequently performed in white-hot comedy meccas across New England, like Providence, R.I., Springfield, Mass., Watertown, Conn., and coastal Maine. After five years in Boston, he headed for New York, where he now performs regularly at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He has also appeared in several persuasive commercials. Matt lives in Brooklyn, N.Y. with a wife.

Adam Lustick (Actor/Writer) performs with the sketch group Harvard Sailing Team and the rap duo Snakes. He graduated from NYU and now lives in Brooklyn. He is also a cold-cut aficionado -- pepper turkey is a personal favorite.

Craig Rowin (Head Writer/Director) is a writer/performer living in Brooklyn. He performs improv with The Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company and the UCB house team, The Law Firm. Craig has written for the newest Matt Besser/Comedy Central pilot, "This Show Will Get You High," is a contributor to Comedy Central's "Onion Sports Network," and contributes to The Onion. He has acted in and written video content for College Humor and wrote and hosted VH1's webcast "Best Night Ever". His videos and other work can be seen at www.craigrowin.com, which is viewed by tens of people each day.

Caitlin Tegart (Writer) is thrilled to be a part of this project. Her previous writing credits include The Edge with Jake Sasseville, Apartment Red and Dot Diva. A writer, director, and sketch teacher at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, Caitlin wrote the sketch show "How Rude: Tim & D'Arcy Find the 90s" and the one-act play "Waiting for Obama: A Night at the Hall of Presidents," in which animatronic presidents come alive to discuss civil rights and the Lion King (you know, like they do in real life).
