New York Jets tackle Damien Woody sat out of practice for the third straight day on Friday with a sprained right medial collateral ligament and is listed as questionable for the Miami game. He is expected to play.

A Jets equipment employee jokingly placed a "WALDO" name tag above Woody's locker, presumably a reference to "Where's Waldo?" because Woody has been in and out of practice for the past three weeks.

Jets safety James Ihedigbo will be among the missing Sunday, however, as he was ruled out with a high ankle sprain and MCL injury. Ihedigbo has been at the practice facility every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. getting treatment for the injury. Coach Rex Ryan said Ihedigbo could return next week.

"It's coming along," said Ihedigbo, a key special teams player. "You know me, I'm not going to miss too much time. I don't like the fact I'm not out there, though, and I hate that I'm missing this game."

Ryan added: "It's an injury that should take longer with a high ankle sprain, but with him, I wouldn't be surprised if he's out there sooner."

The Jets will need Woody on Sunday to handle Miami defensive end Cameron Wake, the NFL's leader in sacks with 12.

Woody originally sprained his right MCL against the Texans on Nov. 21. He has practiced on a limited basis but played in two games since.

Ryan, however, hinted that the injury may be bothering Woody more this week than it has in previous weeks.

"We've kind of run that course the last two weeks," Ryan said of Woody's practice schedule. "I think it's similar, but it might be a little worse than those two weeks, so we'll see how it is."

Wide receiver Santonio Holmes was a surprise addition to the injury list on Friday. Ryan announced that he practiced with a back injury but is probable for the Dolphins game.

All of the following players practiced in full on Friday and are probable for Sunday's game against Miami: defensive end Shaun Ellis (knee), offensive tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson (shoulder), Holmes (back), center Nick Mangold (shoulder), defensive tackle Sione Pouha (ankle), kick returner/wide receiver Brad Smith (hand).
