FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets cornerback Drew Coleman did not practice on Friday, and coach Rex Ryan said that he is being listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots.

Coleman injured his knee near the end of Thursday's practice and underwent an MRI exam, which showed no serious damage.

Coleman is the Jets' nickelback and if he is unable to play against the Patriots, the Jets likely will use rookie Kyle Wilson in passing situations. Returner Brad Smith was also listed as questionable by Ryan. He was on the field during the portion of practice open to the media, but a groin injury limited him during practice Thursday.

"They are questionable," Ryan said when asked what his confidence level is in Coleman and Smith playing on Sunday. "That is all I'm going to stay with and let them figure it out. Both of those guys will be game-time decisions."

Safety James Ihedigbo is also listed as questionable with leg injuries.
