Giants GM Jerry Reese says team will track value, along with need, in this year's draft

This year, the Giants go into the draft needing a linebacker. Or so everyone says. Giants general manager Jerry Reese, reluctant to reveal much at all, insists that the team will draft based on value and need but not necessarily on need alone.
