Lawyer: LT had contact with girl, no sex

One day after Lawrence Taylor was arraigned on charges of third-degree rape and patronizing a prostitute, the Hall of Famer's attorney said evidence will show the linebacker did have "some contact" with the 16-year-old runaway.

Arthur Aidala, who is defending Taylor, still insists that Taylor did not rape or have intercourse with anybody at the Holiday Inn in Montebello, N.Y., where the alleged incident took place.
