After Wilpon and Minaya fly to Atlanta, the team breaks its five-game losing streak

ATLANTA -- Problem solved.

After a 90-minute powwow in the visiting manager's office at Turner Field involving chief operating officer Jeff Wilpon, general manager Omar Minaya, assistant general manager John Ricco and manager Jerry Manuel, the Mets beat the Braves 3-2 to snap a five-game losing streak and leapfrog Atlanta into fourth place in the National League East.
