Gannon, Sanchez talk decision-making

Mark Sanchez is still recovering from offseason knee surgery but hopes to be ready for minicamp in June. The New York Jets quarterback is also working on the mental side of his game by reaching out to a former NFL MVP.

Rich Gannon, the NFL's MVP in 2002 for the Oakland Raiders, worked with Sanchez for two days recently, studying film at the Jets' complex in Florham Park, N.J.
