No more charges expected for Jones

The New Orleans police department has completed its investigation into the Chad Jones automobile accident and no additional charges are expected for the New York Giants rookie safety, according to the Baton Rouge Advocate.

The police report confirms what NOPD spokeswoman Shereese Harper said earlier this week -- that alcohol did not play a factor in the June 25 accident that resulted in Jones having seven-plus hours of extensive surgery on his left leg.
