Yogi falls, misses Old-Timers' Day

NEW YORK -- New York Yankees Hall of Famer Yogi Berra did not attend Saturday's Old-Timers' Day at Yankee Stadium after suffering a fall Friday evening at his home in Montclair, N.J.

While the 85-year-old former catcher and manager didn't suffer any broken bones, Berra did not feel up to coming to the ballpark for the ceremony, according to the Yankees and Dave Kaplan, the director of the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center in Montclair.
