Alex Rodriguez has tight left calf

Alex Rodriguez left Monday night's Yankees-Detroit Tigers game after four innings with tightness in his left calf and was replaced at third base by Ramiro Pena.

Rodriguez had batted twice in the game against Detroit starter Max Scherzer, striking out in the second inning and flying out to short right in the fourth. On neither at-bat did he appear to have hurt himself.
