Jason Bay gets OK for physical activity

NEW YORK -- New York Mets left fielder Jason Bay has been cleared to begin physical activity, five weeks after suffering a concussion at Dodger Stadium.

Bay arrived at Citi Field on Friday prepared to ride a stationary bicycle.

He hopes to return to game action before the season ends.
