BALTIMORE -- A.J. Burnett got hit hard again this week.

This time, it wasn't with a baseball bat, and as a result the New York Yankees are back atop the AL East after a dramatic 4-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Friday night at Camden Yards.
