Shaun O'Hara inactive against Titans

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Giants center Shaun O'Hara has been ruled inactive for Sunday's game against Tennessee with left ankle and left Achilles injuries.

Backup Adam Koets will replace O'Hara. Koets, a fourth-year pro drafted by the Giants in 2007, is making his first career start. O'Hara missed three practices this week, so his absence against the Titans was expected.

O'Hara initially had swelling in his ankle and then developed an Achilles injury in the preseason.
