Sandy Alderson tours Citi Field

NEW YORK -- Sandy Alderson has met with New York Mets executives for the second time as the team searches for a new general manager.

The Mets say Alderson finished his interview with chief operating officer Jeff Wilpon and assistant general manager John Ricco on Thursday. One of several candidates for the job, Alderson toured Citi Field for the first time and met with other club officials.
