Source: Steve Smith out until December

New York Giants wide receiver Steve Smith has a torn pectoral muscle that is expected to sideline him into December, according to a source familiar with the situation.

The source predicted Smith would miss at least "a few more" games, though another person said the receiver might be able to return against Washington the first Sunday in December.
