Mike Westhoff puts issue behind him

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- New York Jets special-teams coach Mike Westhoff is ready to put the Sal Alosi tripping incident behind him. And he doesn't care if he receives a rude reception from New England Patriots fans on Sunday after accusing the Patriots of using similar tactics on their sidelines.

"I don't have any comments on that stuff," Westhoff said after Thursday's practice. "To me, it's over. [The Patriots fans] can throw snowballs at me. [Just] don't stand too close. I don't care."
