Jordan Farmar to miss next 2 games

NEWARK, N.J. -- New Jersey Nets backup point guard Jordan Farmar will miss at least the next two games, head coach Avery Johnson announced before Monday night's win against the Denver Nuggets at the Prudential Center.

Farmar, who has a strained lower back, did not play in the Nets' last two games. Johnson said he will evaluated by team doctors Wednesday, and could have an MRI.
