PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- New York Police Department and Major League Baseball investigators were at the New York Mets' spring training complex Wednesday continuing their investigation into fired clubhouse manager Charlie Samuels' activities, a team official confirmed.

Samuels has yet to be indicted, but he is the subject of an investigation by the Queens District Attorney into alleged personal gains from team memorabilia as well as alleged gambling activities.
